Last updated 14 August 2026. These terms cover your use of the OmniAsset app and website ("OmniAsset", "we", "us"), operated by BillionBits. By using OmniAsset you agree to them.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country and able to comply with these terms. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
The core app works with no account. If you enable Cloud, you create an account (email) to sync across devices. Keep your credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account. Enable two-factor authentication for extra protection.
Don’t misuse the service: no attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to it; no using it to break the law or infringe others’ rights; no automated scraping or abuse of the analysis or AI endpoints.
Optional Built-in Premium is sold and billed through Google Play, under Google’s terms. Manage, renew or cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions. Deleting your OmniAsset account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
AI interpretation is optional and off by default. AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong; treat them as one perspective to check, not as fact or advice. If you use your own API keys or your own computer for AI, you’re responsible for those services and their costs.
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. You own your data; you can export or delete it at any time.
OmniAsset is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Market data, NAVs, prices and calculations may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. We don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillionBits is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any financial loss arising from decisions you make using the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
